Offset arrangements

Under these arrangements, amounts paid under your NQDC plan are reduced or offset by other amounts payable to you. The rules of Section 409A apply to these, which cover small routine debts (up to $5,000) and Social Security or disability benefits (dollar-for-dollar reduction in NQDC payments).
