Moglia rabbi trust

A special type of rabbi trust with a provision excluding secured creditors from claiming trust assets if your company goes into bankruptcy. Instead the assets can be divided among your company’s unsecured creditors (including those seeking payments under an NQDC arrangement). The name Moglia comes from a participant in a court case involving this type of arrangement.
