An annual report that public companies must file with the SEC within 90 days after the end of the fiscal year. The 10-K includes a description of the company's business and properties, the audited financial statements, and management's discussion and analysis (MD&A) of the financials. The 10-K must be signed by a majority of the board of directors. Compare Form 10-Q.
