Trustee

A person or entity (e.g. a bank or trust company) responsible for any trust (e.g. a rabbi trust) set up to hold assets related to your NQDC plan. The trustee is usually an independent third party with fiduciary duties and must follow the terms of the agreement that controls the operation of the trust.
